Worksite Wellness Training
The Health Department and Fitness for Life Around Grant County
are offering a Worksite Wellness Training from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at the Grant County Extension Office, 105 Baton
Rouge Road, Williamstown.
During this training, you will learn:
- What a comprehensive worksite wellness plan is
- How to create a tobacco-free workplace
- Simple worksite programs to encourage healthy eating and
physical activity
- The criteria set up by FFLAG for your worksite to become a
recognized site
This training is free,
but required for all worksites wanting to earn "flag
status" recognition for the success of having a worksite wellness program.
A boxed lunch will be provided to all participants. Pre-registration is
required.
