A modified version of traditional volleyball for any Northern Kentucky senior-centered facility, chair volleyball offers a safe and fun physical activity for seniors. All players must remain seated throughout the entire game (allowing for persons of all abilities to participate), and for safety, a beach ball is used as the volleyball. Cooper-Clayton stop smoking program
Adobe Acrobat is required to read this brochure) is a comprehensive, 12-week program that helps you stop smoking with peer support, educational guidance, and if desired, a nicotine patch. Classes meet once a week at
