Chair Volleyball A modified version of traditional volleyball for any Northern Kentucky senior-centered facility, chair volleyball offers a safe and fun physical activity for seniors. All players must remain seated throughout the entire game (allowing for persons of all abilities to participate), and for safety, a beach ball is used as the volleyball. Strengthening Families Program An interactive after school workshop for parents and youths age 10 –14. The program focuses on family strengths not family problems. Call 859.341.4264 for more information.
Smoking Cessation The
Cooper-Clayton stop smoking program

Adobe Acrobat is required to read this brochure) is a comprehensive, 12-week program that helps you stop smoking with peer support, educational guidance, and if desired, a nicotine patch. Classes meet once a week at
various locations throughout Northern Kentucky. The classes are offered at no charge, and begin in January, April and September. Register online or call 859.363.2093.

Worksite Wellness There are a variety of staff wellness programs for area schools and businesses, including physical activity and nutrition programs.
