OFF (Outsmarting Female Fat) Program

Classes
The “OFF” Program is a 12 week weight-control program designed specifically for women and taught by Registered Dietitians from the Health Department. This scientifically sound, fat fighting program is based on the national bestseller titled “Outsmarting the Female Fat Cell” by Debra Waterhouse and consists of consecutive weekly sessions focusing on a natural way of eating that works for your body, not against it. The OFF Program is typically offered twice a year, in the fall and spring.
The class is open to women living or working in Boone, Campbell, Grant and Kenton counties. Cost for the class is $25, payable at the first session.

The spring 2013 session of OFF will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Mondays, from April 1 through June 10 (no class May 27), in the lower level conference room at the Health Department's District Office, 610 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, Ky. Registration for this session is now closed.
