Registration for the OFF (Outsmarting Female
Fat) Program
The
“OFF” Program (note Adobe Acrobat is required to open this file) is a 10 week weight-control program designed specifically for woman and taught by
Registered Dietitians from the Health Department.
This scientifically sound, fat fighting program is based on the national bestseller titled “Outsmarting the Female Fat Cell” by Debra Waterhouse and consists of 10 consecutive weekly sessions focusing on a natural way of eating that works for your body, not against it.
The OFF program has been scheduled for the
spring of 2010

5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursdays
from March 25 until May 24 at the Boone County Health Center, 7505
Burlington Pike, Florence, Ky.

4 to
5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays from
April 28 until June 30 at the
Grant County Public Library, 201 Barnes Road, Williamstown, Ky.

Summer
2010 session, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (exact dates and times to be determined)
at the Health Department's District Office, 610 Medical Village Drive,
Edgewood, Ky. Registration for this session will open when dates are
confirmed.

OFF is typically offered every spring and fall. It will be
offered again in the fall (typically September-November) dates/times to be
confirmed.

Cost of the program is only $20 to help cover the
costs of materials that participants will receive. The fee will be collected at
the first session. Classes are limited to the first 35 participants to sign up.
