Arthritis Exercise Training Program

The Kentucky Department for Public Health and the Northern Kentucky Health Department are sponsoring an Arthritis Foundation Exericse Program event from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012, at the Grant County Cooperative Extension Service, 105 Baton Rouge Road, Williamstown, Ky. Note: Registration for this training is now closed.

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a group exercise program designed to increase joint flexibility and range of motion. As a program instructor or leader, you will make a tremendous difference in your community. This training will provide you with all the information, knowledge, new skills and easy-to-use instructional materials you need to deliver these programs and you will join the ranks of thousands of officially certified Arthritis Foundation instructors making a difference across the country. The training is free, but space is limited.
