Northern Kentucky Health Department
Arthritis Exercise Training Program
The Kentucky Department for Public Health and the Northern
Kentucky Health Department are sponsoring an Arthritis Foundation Exericse
Program event from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012, at the Grant
County Cooperative Extension Service, 105 Baton Rouge Road, Williamstown, Ky.

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a group exercise program designed
to increase joint flexibility and range of motion. As a program instructor or
leader, you will make a tremendous difference in your community. This training
will provide you with all the information, knowledge, new skills and easy-to-use
instructional materials you need to deliver these programs and you will join the
ranks of thousands of officially certified Arthritis Foundation instructors
making a difference across the country. The training is free, but space is
limited.
The program will be taught by Peggy Tschauner, who has been an Arhtritis
Foundation Aquatic Program and Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program leader for
17 years.
