On January 3, the Kenton County Fiscal Court passed a resolution to establish a single-county health department to serve the residents of Kenton County.

1931
On April 7, the Grant County Fiscal Court passed a resolution to establish a single-county health department to serve the residents of Grant County.

1946
On June 3, the Campbell County Fiscal Court passed a resolution to establish a single-county health department to serve the residents of Campbell County.

1950
On June 6, the Boone County Fiscal Court passed a resolution to establish a single-county health department to serve the residents of Boone County.
